In this competition the participants divide themselves into teams of 4- 5 persons. Each member will participate in 5 exercises, both muscular and fitness. There will be one round of tests on your first trip, and one on your second trip in Q2.  Each memeber on the winning team will receive a gift certificate of 1500 NOK at XXL.
